Fine silver shell pendant

This fine silver cockle shell pendant is modelled directly on a real shell collected from my local beach at Pentewan Sands, capturing the natural texture and shape in silver.

Each piece is individually made, so no two shells are ever exactly the same. Fine silver is a purer, slightly softer form of silver than sterling silver, which makes it ideal for picking up the delicate surface detail found in natural shells.

The pendant comes with an 18 inch sterling silver diamond cut curb chain, designed to sit neatly and comfortably when worn.

It’s a simple piece, but it carries a strong sense of place — a reminder of quiet beach days and the textures found along the Cornish coast.
