Overview
I always want my customers to be happy with their jewellery and if you are unhappy for any reason I will have a conversation with you to determine the best way to proceed. Most items can be exchanged for a different size or modified if you want something changed, but for custom items, that I may not be able to easily resell, or earrings, I reserve the right to not accept a return although modification may still be an option in some cases.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Unless their is a fault on my side, I’d expect you to cover the postage.
I usually ship by Special Delivery as it is 24 hour, tracked and insured. I would recommend you do the same as I need to receive an item before I can refund/exchange.
To start a return, just get in touch within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds
If a refund is the most suitable option, I’ll transfer via BACS to your bank account once I’ve received the item from you.
Exchange
If a size turns out to be incorrect, I’ll re-make the item for you and exchange once I receive the original item back from you. I’d expect you to cover the postage.
